No Binding Agreement Until Signed

A signed written agreement is required before any work begins. Submitting a request, receiving an estimate, or verbal discussion does not create a binding contract for services.

California Contractors State License Board

For disputes related to contracted roofing work, you may also have rights and remedies through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). You can contact the CSLB at www.cslb.ca.gov or 800.321.CSLB (2752).

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Method Roofing Group to be effective.

Entire Agreement
